Has a bunch of issues, some big lots of small ones. I poorboyed it together to see if it will run. If it looks to be worth the effort I will tear it back down next year and do a top end. Should be able to try and start it tonight. At first glance I thought this thing was scrap but the more I work on it the better it looks. Powered up the instruments and it shows 94 hours (low in my book).

Started right up and idled good, no gas leaks or knocking. Will try it this weekend on the water.

No yet. Before I started it was 85, 85 and 80 so I put a set of rings and one piston in it just to get it going. If it's worth keeping, I will do the top end on it later. I will warm it up a little again tonight and check compression and run it around a bit this weekend and check it again.
