How many hour are on it? Did you test the battery running and not running to see how many volts are be made? Have you also checked your compression in each cylinder? And last, have you inspected your drive line and impeller for any damage? Start in those areas and see if that leads anywhere. Oh yeah, are the carbs dirty or is the gas that is in it old? Also, your fuel filter may need to be replaced. If it never has been, I would do that anyway even if it does not need it. I have a 99' Ultra 150 and I am going to replace mine this year just because it is 10 years old and even though my ski only has 41 hours on it, I am doing it to prevent it from clogging up.
