I recently got a WR3 650 to put in my WR500 hull and have a question about cooling. The PO had hooked up the cooling lines wrong. I tried to find the correct routing and had little luck. He had the pump connection to the flush port and the rear of the head ( Outlet ? ) to the stinger ( I think I have the name correct without a picture ). Nothing to the head pipe if I remember correctly. I ran pump to head pipe,, rear of head to stinger and blocked off the flush connection. Still not happy with the cooling so installed a tee fitting to the pump line and ran one line to the head pipe and one to the stinger and ran the rear of head outlet to a line porting to the outside of the hull. I like this layout and would like to hear your thoughts. The cooling seems better to me but I don't have any gauges to confirm the results.

thks
