It has to be done with slow dry Epoxy for small spots or if it's a hole, epoxy based resin and fiberglass matting. There are evidently extra steps that need to be taken to make sure the resin will adhere.

Thanks for the reply. Don't know if I want to tackle this because I am so busy and have no time. Wish I had someone.....like me......that I know would do the job patiently and with perfection. I'd pay.
