well its not locked per se... but it wont crank.

long story short, drain plug came loose, jet ski sat in water filling up, tried to crank, cranked and then stopped and cylinders full of water.

pulled the plugs, motor turned over shooting water out. However, it seems like the water just keeps coming out... pulled the choke and got the gas smell.. tried to crank, no luck.

replaced plugs, drained more water...

any tips?? some say yes starting fluid... some say no starting fluid.. please help!

what about fogging oil? some say get it to crank and just run it till it idles correctly.

Here is a trick. While cranking you shoot compressed air into the open spark plug holes. It shoots way more water out. Keep your starter cool also by putting ice near it. NO STARTING FLUID! It takes the oil away from everything. New spark plugs too. Hurry up or it will rust. After you get it running again, fog it through the intake and then you can let it sit for a while. New spark plugs then later after fog oil is gone. Done this for years at the dealerships I've been at. So far, so good.
