2005 Yamaha Waverunner No start

Aloha have a 2005 waverunner that was bogging and not accelerating past 5mph. Took out the carbs and cleaned/rebuilt them. Now the waverunner wont start it just cranks. If I add some starting fluid it just backfires.
It has about 230 hours

First off, quit using starting fluid. It washes the oil off everything. Mix up a small bottle of premix.
Make sure you got the lines hooked up correctly. Being that many hours, you might do a compression check just for giggles.

Alright I went back to basics, changed spark plugs, checked battery, checked the fuel, added premix to see if I could get it going and backfire. Checked the plugs and had a dry one on the one closest to the stern. Did a compression test and from bow to stern I have 120,120, and not even getting 30 on the last one. I dont have the time to put it at the moment in order to get it apart and check out the cylinder and piston but I would like some advice on the next steps and where to get parts. I was thinking of draining gas and oil so it can sit dry. Any advice on how to do that. Next, where could i get a cylinder piston kit for just one I checked SBT and ebay and they only have a kit for all 3 cylinders. Should I also use a premix after the repair? Or continue to have the oil and gas seperate. Since I going to be taking that much apart what would be other maintence I can do? I have some water leaking from the exhaust so i want to replace those exhaust coupling rubber things. And I have some cables that are looking a little frayed. Or should I not even tackle this and dump the thing. I have a $1400 invested in this.
